This Eataly isn’t the best we’ve been. The lazania was not too bad but for 8,5 € it’s too small, was served on a paper plate and warmed up in the microwave not enough so it was too cold to eat :(.
Coffee americano I ordered also was too average for being Italy in general
This Eataly was great, reminder to tourists that in Piacenza not many people know English fluently such as in Rome so you will have to know some basic Italian, food was very nicely cooked and had some great groceries available to buy. I bought a nice big piece of Parmegiano Regiano cheese and it was delicious
Nice shop Products from all over Italy. not cheap A lovely place to visit and tastes
We ordered three pizzas during the lunch time in the restaurant upstairs and we got reheated small ‘’pizzas”. To be honest I love Eataly restaurant in Florence and I know how pizza is supposed to look but what we got here was a real disappointment.
Delicious food and service.
Great wine options to accompany
Lots of interesting produce to look at (sometimes sample), including locally produced beer, ham and wine. Has a restaurant inside that is good for groups. Service was nice, the food is actually more decent and interesting than some of the more touristy places you can find elsewhere in Italy.
The place is nice, nothing to dislike about it, we ate
upstairs in the restaurant , not many people there, so naturally we thought that the service would have been quick . We had a antipasto in due,the drinks came after we had finished that 😕 not long after just one dish was served to my husband, I had to wait for my pizza think that the waitress forgot to mention it to the pizzaiolo!!! We also didn't order water but we paid for one at the till after telling the waitress that we didn't order it at all, but she didn't take it off the bill anyway 👎👎👎
The coffee bar was the worst customer service i've had in about 20 years. The ladies treated us like we were invisible and one just walked away. This was on 19 April 2019...I then decided to not buy almost half of the items i had in my basket and put them on a shelf.
